Our experience at Holzhauer went fine . Bill Thoms was our salesman and when we arrived he was ready for us. We told him what we wanted and he helped us through the process. Bill was knowledgeable of his products and answered all of our concerns. Through all of our questions we felt confident we made the right choice.

Bill did a wonderful job working with me and my credit union (which were both out of state).

Peyton Keppler did a great job for me. He gave me a lot of information that I asked for via email. I needed to make sure it was worth the 120 mile round trip. Being a certified mechanic, Peyton was very knowledgeable when my questions turned to the actual systems of the truck. He was polite, inquiring, and shared aspects of his personal life. I would send friends to Peyton.

50k service to keep bumper to bumper warranty. Expected $600 bill, payed right at $2 grand!!

I've worked in customer service for years and talked to people about the service and this is a comment I got from an older woman. "there is a hassle to get your job done. You can hustle that people see that makes you feel like a number and one that gets the job done. If you hassle when they talk to you they might hassle in the job where you have doubts about the job."

Chad had the truck sitting out front when we arrived. The whole experience was really good.

Drove 280 miles 1 way to get Big Red (Yukon XL Denali Ultimate) in the winter. The salesman Wess was a great guy he held the vehicle for me for 2 weeks until I got down there. When I arrived Wess had the vehicle inside and totally cleaned up as promised. I picked this dealership because it was exactly what I wanted and it was the best price that I could find in a 400 mile radius. Mike in Financing found me the best rate for financing and was a pleasure to deal with. The whole process only took a couple of hours and was very plesant and smooth. On my 280 mile trip back the super-cruise was great , it did a better job of keeping this big vehicle between the lines than I could manually. Overall customer service for my experience I would give them a 10 out of 10. Ironically this is my 10th new General Motors vehicle purchased and this has been the best one yet. Bill my salesperson was excellent from day 1. I was traveling 90 miles to the dealership and he made sure everything was ready from initial meet and greet to financing. I enjoyed my time at Holzhauer GMC and would definitely come back.
